Sales Representative - Full time
For our Boutique in Amsterdam and our Archive Boutique in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join the team. You’ll become our brand keeper, who holds the path of Love Stories determined by the Brand guidelines. You have impeccable customer service skills and have lots of affinity with the fashion & lingerie world. You want to work together with the Boutique Manager and team to offer every client a unique shopping experience.
Ideally you have several years of retail experience or have a proven record in the service sector. You are a dynamic “people person” who enjoys sales and networking. Making clients feel special, using a high service standard comes natural to you. You are an enthusiastic team player, flexible and committed with a "hands-on" attitude. You have an eye for detail and show ambition to improve the commercial success of the boutique.
Tasks and expectations
- Together with the team you are responsible for the commercial results of the boutique;
- You are a local brand ambassador and a real fan of the brand, which makes it easy for you to passionately advise on our collections and products;
- You are eager to learn all about our fits, collections and our LS sales techniques;
- Must have retail experience (minimum 2 years exp.);
- You will meet existing and new clients and create new Love Stories every day;
- You make sure the loyal network keeps on growing;
- You have an eye for product presentation and detail, and you will make sure our Visual Merchandising is always up to standard;
- You are confident in handling the cash register as well as basic administrative tasks;
- You are willing to help with the stock organization;
- Must have an excellent understanding of the Dutch & English language. Other languages are a plus;
- You are flexible to work both during the week and in the weekends.
- You’re fully available during the Summer Holidays and other High Traffic Seasons.
