Job Description
We have vacancy for a Property Services Officer who will undertake a range of services, including property acquisitions, disposals, land agreements, leases and licenses.
Liaising with a range of internal clients as well as creating collaborative relationships in your daily interactions with property owners, property professionals and other property stakeholders requires excellent communication and documentation skills, and an understanding of legislative requirements to ensure all Council policies are maintained.
The successful applicant will need to be an excellent team performer, ideally with experience in land transfer, legalisation, gazetting procedures and statutory land management processes. Knowledge of local government property industry is preferred but not essential and a tertiary qualification in Property or Law would also be an advantage.

This is a full-time position 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
