We are looking for Senior Manager, Proposals and Coordination to Support the team within the Global Field Services (GFS) Implementation.

The primary locations can be Lappeenranta or Espoo, Finland, Sala or Smedjebacken, Sweden. Other locations can be considered.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• As a senior manager, provide leadership, direction, mentoring, and development to the assigned team of Proposals and Coordination Support Specialists.
• Ensure timely, high quality and effective delivery of work scope responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Final cost, margin structure and cash flow estimate for all types of Field Services PG / Global Field Services, estimates and proposals across multiple technologies
• Participate in improving estimation accuracy and in building standard cost library
• Drive the development of estimating/proposal tools and templates
• Support to sales cases
• Follow the proposal process according to the global operating model and guidelines
• Organize and contribute to support between stakeholders
• Act as a contact point to GFS Sr. Managers, Business Lines, Market Areas and other stakeholders
• Track costs associated with project billing to support invoicing in a timely manner

To succeed, you will need

• Suitable University degree
• Project management and or engineering experience is an asset
• Prior knowledge of SAP is beneficial
• Customer business understanding and customer service mindset
• Understanding of sales and customer service best practices
• Functional understanding of relevant commercial terms and conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to direct others while building a cohesive team
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
