Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and implement effective test solutions and test cases for robust software development with excellent customer functions.
- Work within an agile cross-functional team, contributing to quality assurance efforts.
- Coach team members on quality-related matters from a test perspective.
- Ensure testability in architecture and function design.
- Write and guide the team in writing test cases.
- Automate tests for regression testing purposes.
- Contribute to the development of the test automation framework.
- Provide stakeholders with test results and appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze defects and issues related to testing.
What you bring:
- Minimum B.Sc. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in quality assurance for complex embedded systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license (B category).
Meritorious Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive and Body/Comfort systems development.
- Familiarity with tools like CANoe, Jenkins, and other test frameworks.
- Previous exposure to Volvo systems such as Elektra, CarCom, or System/Car Weaver.
- Knowledge of test automation, programming, or model-based development/testing.
