The Rundown
The Revenue Operations team is obsessed with finding where improvements need to be made in our funnel. We sit in the control tower and assess what works and what doesn’t. We are expected to provide insight, recommendations and actionable support to ensure Juni is as efficient and effective as possible when creating a scalable and optimal customer experience. You must be tenacious and passionate about finding the weak spots and following up on the solutions. Do not settle for anything less than the answers that result in a valuable outcome.
In this role, you will work across the entire domain landscape. Everyone who focuses on the customer journey must be ready to solve problems and assist different functions wherever and whenever needed. You will be expected to lead from the front, get your hands dirty but also be able to stand back, assess the environment from a distance, and make educated bets on what is needed to drive growth and why. It is all about dexterity, adaptability and being a positive and constructive influence in the company. You are expected to be curious and need to obsess over core KPIs. What does good look like, and how do we measure it? We build for the future, but ensuring we set ourselves up for a successful future depends on clever decisions being made now.
As the RevOps Lead, you must work closely with our Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Product stakeholders. You will be the person to ensure we are collectively doing everything we need to do to drive growth. How do we ensure we become more efficient and effective? You will be part of a small cross-functional team, but we aim to scale this organisation over time. You will need to be comfortable doing everything - but mainly working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure our funnel is as smooth as possible.

Role & Responsibilities
Have a holistic overview of our customer journey and hold functions and individuals accountable for their deliverables within the customer journey (the funnel).
Very Important: To work effectively and effectively within Salesforce and other platforms
To work with and support Marketing, Data, Commercial and Product to relentlessly push improvements and ensure we become faster and better.
You must have extensive salesforce experience in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up.
To work with our Salesforce Admin (and any other resource) to understand what good architecture looks like and ensure it is implemented.
Be able to analyse, assess and use commercial company data to support informed decisions.
To monitor commercial performance and provide reliable intelligence to senior leaders throughout the company.
Drive collaboration amongst various stakeholders and support different teams to deliver.
Be able to bring order to the chaos - build a clean, disciplined and scalable foundation within your org which can be used when Juni scales.
Very important: Be able to call out areas within the business that need improvement
Be comfortable being in the trenches with everyone else - there are no ivory towers here. Rapid responses and informed insight. Always.
Be a great communicator. Keep it simple. Learn. Bring everyone with you toward the finish line.
What we will need to see
Experience in e-commerce and/or Fintech.
Extensive experience with Salesforce.
You need to be able to know how to build flows and optimise Salesforce to cater to Juni’s needs
You do not have to be a technician, but you will have to be experienced in knowing what good looks like and how it is achieved.
We are a small, lean team, so everyone must do a lot. No siloed roles here.
Proven track record in being comfortable with leading a domain area and holding stakeholders accountable - we need a real driver!
