Requirements:
Assuming formal account responsibilities for the clients and build client relationships and networks in these accounts
- Taking lead delivery responsibility for big scale programs /projects within the supply chain & operations domain
- Contribute domain expertise and assist in the pre-sales cycle and develop the solution offering
- Generating new business opportunities in the entire pre-sales cycle and leading the pursuit team in proposal preparation
- Building strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Consulting and with other services across the organization
- Understanding Ernst & Young supply chain & operation management service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
- Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Consulting and with other services across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree
- With supply chain & operation management working experience, preferably with in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy organization
- Demonstrate at least one supply chain & operation management core domain knowledge/experience, including but not limited to planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing etc.
- Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint is required
- Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs
- Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise
- Demonstrate team leadership with responsibility, integrity and motivation
- Logic thinking and self-learning, able to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong achievement motivation and team spirit, result-oriented
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
