At Create Compounding Pharmacy in Calgary, AB, we are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant/Data Entry candidate to join our growing team. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a new world class facility in Calgary, AB, Toronto and Vancouver. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding (human and veterinary). As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry employee, you will work with our teams to carry out various website, administration and trouble shooting tasks. While there are competencies listed below, there will be training provided in detail for the successful applicant.

The role will entail or require but not limited to the following:

  • Data capturing and entry
  • Accounts receivable
  • Excellent and adaptable computer skills in Word, Excel, Google docs, etc.
  • Maintaining and overseeing a large product database
  • Uploading new products and product changes to the websites
  • Eagerness to learn other key computer programs used within the company
  • Technical support to our Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto offices
  • Regular and efficient internal communication (phones, emails and reports)
  • Other administrative duties when required
