We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Ops IAM (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. We are growing in our location in Prague and be part of our Viessmann family.
At this stage, we offer employment under the Viessmann work contract only. Freelance type of co-operation (IČO in Czech) is not supported at the moment.
Your impact
- In your role as IAM/ AS basis administrator you will be responsible for the operation, availability, performance and optimization of the system landscape.
- Contribute to the development of IAM systems and components: Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure IAM systems to manage user identities, roles and access rights for applications and infrastructure. This includes implementing user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and single sign-on (SSO) mechanisms.
- Identity lifecycle management: develop and maintain processes and tools for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management of users within the IAM system. Implement self-service capabilities to allow users to manage their own access and permissions within defined policies.
- You will follow best practices to organize the planning and execution of release upgrades and implementation of new features.
- Implement automation tools and workflows to streamline user provisioning, access requests, and access revocation processes.
- Create and update test plans and test cases and perform functional, acceptance and E2E testing of system components.
Who you are
You enjoy working in a cross-functional team, are a solution-oriented person and can deal with new complex issues. To ensure that you are also successful in your job, we are also looking for:
- Completed training as an IT specialist, studies related to IT or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in the development of IAM systems, including user provisioning, RBAC, SSO and identity lifecycle management. Professional experience in enterprise environments on IT security architectures and IT solution design.
- Knowledge of identity and access management/authorization tools for traditional and/or cloud environments.
- Familiarity with industry standard IAM protocols and frameworks such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML and LDAP.
- Expertise in IT project management, with ITIL and BSI baseline protection.
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as participation in on-call duties.
- Proficient English, German is nice-to-have
