Role Overview
We are looking for:
- A responsible and experienced first line operator in GBU Novecare Zhenjiang site.
We count on you for:
- Understanding the requirements of MSDS, wearing necessary PPE, complying with the safety regulation and actively participating in monthly HSE activities.
- Strictly operate according to production procedures, fill in reports timely and accurately. Communication with the production supervisor,lab and warehouse in time.
- Improve equipment utilization efficiency: fine operation, reasonable allocation, reduce process loss time, participate in feeding and packaging, rationally wash the reactors, and optimize the switching cleaning process.
- Obey the shift leader’s management, complete temporary tasks, and cooperate with team members.
- Keep the production area clean, and other 5S related work.

You will bring:
- Technical school or above background, major in chemistry.
- At least 1 year chemical industry related first-line working experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
